The exhibition eloquently illustrated many aspects of this exceptional civilization: their zest for life, their sumptuous feasts, their sporting events, the elegance of their art, their religious beliefs, their funeral practices and the deep and abiding bond they perceived between the divine world and their daily lives. Through archaeological evidence, the exhibition reconstructed many of the most interesting aspects of the Etruscan civilisation in five thematic sections.
